As a former franchisee, he built a top organization that was used as the backbone infrastructure when Worldwide Express began its evolution to a direct-operating company in 2015. Over the last 20 years, his leadership and guidance have been instrumental in building career paths for the Worldwide Express team and strengthening the industry-leading relationships that the WWEX Group maintains with its carrier partners. Tom has a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Virginia.

Focusing on the continued development and strengthening of WWEX Group’s freight offerings, Mike oversees the company’s relationships with its world-class LTL carrier partners, managing their strategic needs, the introduction of new partners and yield management. Prior to joining corporate, Mike built several successful Worldwide Express franchises. He is a trusted resource in the transportation industry, frequently presenting on trends and insights at industry conferences. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from DePauw University and a Master of Arts from Georgia State University.

As COO, Joel focuses on strategic infrastructure and continual improvement as the company expands through organic growth and acquisition. He led Worldwide Express’ reorganization from franchise-based to a direct operating company which allowed the company to offer its customers a greater standard of service across all lines of business. Joel was previously an executive with CarrierDirect and a consultant with Accenture Strategy. He has a Bachelor of Arts in finance from Michigan State University where he graduated with honors and is a member of the MSU Broad School Advisory Board.

Prior to joining the company, Dolly was a senior executive at Sabre and held a number of roles including leading large software development and delivery teams, global operations, engineering and product marketing. She holds a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from the University of Oklahoma.

As CLO and General Counsel, Charlene leads the legal team and oversees all legal matters for the company, including compliance, franchising, corporate governance, acquisitions, employment practices, contract management, intellectual property, insurance, 3PL brokerage and freight. Prior to joining the team in 2017, she was a partner with an AmLaw 100 law firm and acted as the company’s outside counsel for more than 10 years. Charlene has been a frequent speaker and written on numerous topics for the International Franchise Association and American Bar Association. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Trinity University and a Juris Doctor from Baylor University.

With more than 30 years as a leader at UPS, Joe uses insight and experience to manage WWEX Group’s strategic relationship as a UPS Authorized Reseller and guide the company’s marketing initiatives. Having directed UPS’ Asia Pacific region marketing group and held roles in customer technology marketing, product development and marketing research, Joe leads the strategy to drive awareness and demand for Worldwide Express services. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) and a Master of Arts in economics from Old Dominion University.

Joe has more than 20 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, and customer solutions within the transportation industry. He led teams at UPS (parcel) and UPS Forwarding and has expertise in the LTL industry as he led pricing at UPS Freight LTL. He holds an MBA from Georgia State University and is a member of the Professional Pricing Society advisory board.

As SVP of Truckload, JJ leads the company’s integrated truckload service offering and drives efficiency and best practices within the division’s growth, customer success and procurement functional operating groups. He has spent his entire career in the logistics and supply chain industry and has held leadership roles in sales and front office operations, with deep experience in procurement, operations and account management. His first 13 years in the industry were with Circle 8 Logistics, where he helped grow the company into a $150+ million business prior to its acquisition by GlobalTranz. JJ holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Iowa.

As the SVP of Partner Channel, Dustin is responsible for leading, supporting and growing the Unishippers franchise channel and the GlobalTranz agent channel. He is a WWEX blue blood, having spent his entire professional career with the organization starting as a 22-year-old, entry-level Worldwide Express salesperson before taking on roles with increasing responsibilities covering sales, training, and business, commercial, franchise development and agent recruiting. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
